Distance Craniosacral Therapy session, 60min

Gentle, supportive sessions that help your body restore balance — wherever you are.

How Can Craniosacral Therapy Work at a Distance?

Although Craniosacral Therapy is often practiced through gentle touch, the essence of the work is not the physical pressure itself, but the practitioner’s ability to listen to and support the body’s subtle rhythms and nervous system.

During the 60min distance session, we first connect and establish a clear intention for the work. At the scheduled time, I bring my attention to your system in much the same way I would during an in-person session — listening for patterns of tension, restriction, or imbalance and supporting your system in finding greater ease and regulation.

The body and nervous system are highly responsive to focused attention and relational presence. Through this process, the system is invited into a deeper state of balance and self-regulation.

Many people notice sensations such as deep relaxation, warmth, gentle movements in the body, emotional release, or a sense of settling during the session. Others simply notice they feel calmer, clearer, or more balanced afterward.

Each person’s experience is unique, and the effects of the session may continue to unfold over the hours or days that follow.

What Happens During a Distance Session?

Connection
Each session lasts 60 minutes. Before the session we connect by phone or video for a short conversation. This allows us to check in, explore what you would like support with, and set the intention for the session.

The Session
At the scheduled time the session begins. You may lie down and rest, or continue with your day while remaining open to the process. Your body and nervous system can still receive the work even if you are moving about or engaged in daily activities.

Integration
After the session we reconnect to share how the session unfolded. I will offer any insights, observations, or suggestions that may support your continued wellbeing and integration.

Distance Craniosacral sessions can support many of the same conditions as in-person sessions. The body and nervous system are still able to respond to the work, often allowing patterns of tension and restriction to soften and reorganize.

If you're unsure whether a distance session is right for your situation, you are welcome to reach out and we can explore it together.
